Dear Friends
I wanted to let you know that the order arrived safely today.
The camer bag is beautiful. Fits my ancient wooden-legged Miller
tripod like a glove. I only wish the outside pockets had been a tad
larger to accomodate the spreader for the tripod legs. But that's a
minor quibble that I pass along in case you have a chance to say
anything to someone from Pelican.
I love the way the bag's straps can be adjusted for hand-carry,
shoulder-carry, or back-pack carry. Wonderful options.

Wow, I am so impressed! Thank you very much for your quick response and willingness to send a replacement top. I really like the table—I’ve been looking for one with adjustable legs for awhile—so I wouldn’t want to part with it. The table will get a lot of use at Swim Meets and camping.

I already owned a Canon S520 printer and I loved it so
much (for both photos and standard printing needs)
that I wanted to pick up 2 more for my kids to use in
their dorm rooms. After finding that Canon was going
to discontinue this model I frantically did a web
search to find a source. Digital Foto Discount Club
had them at a great price and shipping was even less
than I expected it to be. I ordered on a Tuesday and
they arrived by Friday! Highly recommended.

On June 2, I called Digital Foto Club and found Mack on the other end of the line.
All my questions were answered, including checking that the camera was in stock.
He offered several suggestions and accepted a yes or no answer, or provided additional information about his suggestion.
I placed an order and 3 days later it was delivered. Everything was as ordered, the prices was as quoted, and everything worked. All in all it was a pleasant experience.
I have recommended Digital Foto Club and Mack to 2 of my friends and both have placed orders.

Thank you very much for the message. Not 5 minutes after I sent the
email via live chat, I received a confirmation email stating my shipment
was sent. The camera arrived on time and I was able to bring it with me
to the NCAA Track and Field Championships. The pictures turned out
great and I am very happy that I was able to get some photos of the once
in a lifetime event.

i just wanted to drop a line and complement the excellent service i
have just received from your company. i placed an order yesterday for a
sigma digital camera and lens (order no. 504788). i mistakenly ordered
a canon lens which would not have been compatible with the sigma camera
body. instead of just shipping the order out to me, without concern for
this miss match, Michael(ext. 838), who handled my order, took the time
to call me before shipping the order. beyond that, he even gave me his
cell phone number(917-***-****) to call him after hours, which i did at
10pm(i forgot about the time change). he informed me of the mismatch,
which i greatly appreciated. by the time i called him the next morning
he had replaced the canon with a comparable sigma lens and had shipped
it out.
immediate, fully comprehensive, friendly customer service at a great
price, what more can one ask for? i don't normally take the time to
write letters of appreciation, but this exceptional service deserved it. thanks, gene

I ordered the Casio Exilim EXS2 from amazon.com in January, ordered the same thing from CDW in April. By early May both were still on backorder. A little web-shopping revealed that digitalfotoclub.com had it in stock. Placed the order on Wednesday, received it on Monday. And it was cheaper than the others previously ordered (and cancelled). I first contacted your CS dept back in March when I ordered the compass, unfortunately I cannot remember the womans name who I spoke with, I am pretty sure it was Joanne, anyhow she was very professional and went out of her way to help me, please notify your CS dept that even though the product was not available I will definitely consider digitalfoto in the future based on the excellent customer service.

A brief almost too brief a conversation with a rep who checked the availability of the binoculars I wanted, confirmed the web price and pretty quickly got off the line left me a little uneasy - especially when he said if the computer was wrong they would still be here in 10 BUSINESS days. I had read horror stories.
However next day I got my UPS tracking info, in three days I had my order, well packaged and with US documentation. I do not see how the Rep or Focus could have improved on their service.

I was very satisfied with my most recent purchase. This was the first time I ordered online and my order confirmation and delivery status was available on my personal email within hours. I received my order faster than expected and in excellent condition.
When an item that I had requested was missing from my order when I received it, it was shipped immediately and should arrive today or tomorrow. During the process of dealing with that small problem, the customer service staff was friendly and response was very quick.

I am a brand new customer and so far I am really impressed and thrilled with your service. Your website was very easy to use, very intuitive, ordering was simple and secure. I got immediate order confirmation via e-mail and a shipping update as well. You had the best price on the Nikon 3100 anywhere. Today it arrived, just 3 business days after I ordered it!
I noticed the batteries I had ordered with it were different than I requested and to my great surpise discovered that more expensive batteries had been substitued for what I presume was an "out of stock item" at no additional cost to me. Other places would have delayed my order or partially shipped the camera only leaving me frustrated.
This has been the best online purchasing experience I have had since dealing with DELL or Amazon.com. I will gladly recommend your business to anyone I know looking for such equipment and you can be sure I'll be back, not just with my personal purchases but my business ones as well!

Unlike your Company, I'm a bit tardy in relaying my feedback on your Brooklyn Company.
My order for a Nikon 130 ED QD (order # 754610) was processed and my camera received
MUCH FASTER than expected. I placed my order with sales rep, Izzy Brown, on Thursday
(3-28) and it was at my door on Tuesday (4-1). Most companies don't even know where my
state of West Virgia IS (?), let alone delivering to my door within a matter of a few days.
Have taken a couple roles of film and the camera seems to be performing as a NIKON
is supposed to and although your price on my items were not THE lowest I could find, I will
happily be a repeat customer and pass your praises along to any friends who care to
listen. DigitalFoto lived up to the praises I read about on the 'Net' prior to ordering.
Keep up the fine work and include me on any mailing list your company might have.

I have just purchased an Olympus C-4000 digital camera and 128mb Smartmedia card through Digital Foto Club. As I was purchasing internationally, (New Zealand)I knew I would have little recourse should things come unstuck so I searched several on-line stores for a reputable store. After reading many customer reviews, I settled for this store. Digital Photo were the only ones who had the courtesy to reply to my email enquiries so I was impressed with them from the outset. I confirmed my order by phone and found the salesman very helpful and efficient. He was not pushy in selling any accessories, though they were offered. I did have one 'minor' problem with my order being recalled prior to delivery owing to some addressing mistake by Digital Photo. This was quickly sorted (via email) and my order arrived in perfect condition shortly afterwards. Integrity came before price for me.(They weren't the cheapest for this product)but it is thumbs up overall. (I have already recommended this firm to friends and business colleagues. Highly recommended.

We were delighted to find DigitalFotoClub and had a very good experience. We have not done a lot of shopping online but DigitalFotoClub made it so easy and the price was excellent. My husband is very happy with his new binoculars. They are amazing. We will definitely shop at DigitalFotoClub.com again.

Your salesman was really good -- helpful but when he discovered I was not interested in buying more memory he went on to something I did want -- a case for the Canon S1 -- smart man who was able to listen....not the typical salesperson. I am a part time pro photographer and usually decide I need something in a hurry. I have been hesitant to use the "New York" mail order operations and had some bad experiences with them. I finally found one that worked pretty good, most of the time. But they were not responsive to back orders, getting items mailed out for up to 3 or 4 days after I placed orders. Some items looked like they might have been used on ocassion. And they aren't real friendly.
My full time job is in the insurance service industry working with higher level insurance companies, getting their work and making sure they are happy and satisfied with my service. In short, I usually expect customer service and or performance from people or companies that I give my business to. Probably more demanding than most folks.
I have never had to call you because everything is shipped as I order it! Everything comes in without any surprises. Everything is new, unopened boxes, and so far you've never been out of stock on anything that I've ordered. I ordered a flash unit this past Monday with 3 day UPS and it was delivered on Wednesday. Yahooo!
I am a small business now, but nearly doubling my growth every year. I have sent a number of friends to your website to use your services.
Just wanted to say thank you for being honest and professional in the way you do business. I will continue to use you and recommend you to others.

"My item came in the Manufacturer's packaging. One small attachment that was listed on the parts list was missing. I emailed Digital Foto Discount Club concerning this. Alan not only responded right away to my email but also with a phone call. He attempted to get the part from Nikon and when they seemed to be lagging in their delivery, he took a part out of another unit and mailed it to me.
His attention to this matter and obvious desire to "please the customer" was amazing. It is truly remarkable to find that kind of customer care in this day and age.

Up until recently, I had mainly purchased camera equipment from one of two different NYC stores. Based on what other had said and feedback from user groups, I had not considered any other reseller. After reviewing the feedback and scoring, I decided to give you guys a try.
The pricing was better then most of the other stores, the ratings where higher according to Reseller.com, and when I spoke to Izzy, I felt he was
direct, clear, and respectful. Delivery was fine and the products seemed
to be packed well.

camera. I also checked for the lowest prices and
good feedback. While Digital Photo Club was not
the lowest price (by only a couple dollars) the
feedback was good. Several competitors had bad
feedback about high pressure sales of extras. I
am happy to say that the complete experience with
Digital Photo Club was great. They had what I
wanted at a price that was competitive and there
was NO high pressure sales of anything. I would

I thought you and your people did an outstanding job and wanted to say so.
Any way, I have had a reluctance in the past to do purchases like this by phone or the internet so this was a pleasing experience. The person I talked to was knowledgeable and was very good at answering questions from a relative novice. He helped by listening and making suggestions but was in on way a pressure salesman. The camera was shipped as promised and is what I had hoped for. The only negative that I can think has to do with me, I should have bought the AC adapter as was suggested.
Over all I would rate the experience at a 5 out of 5. I will definately be back for other purchases.
