Dear Friends I wanted to let you know that the order arrived safely today. The camer bag is beautiful. Fits my ancient wooden-legged Miller tripod like a glove. I only wish the outside pockets had been a tad larger to accomodate the spreader for the tripod legs. But that's a minor quibble that I pass along in case you have a chance to say anything to someone from Pelican. I love the way the bag's straps can be adjusted for hand-carry, shoulder-carry, or back-pack carry. Wonderful options. Thanks for taking such good care of my order. I'll be back, Christopher Beaver

I already owned a Canon S520 printer and I loved it so much (for both photos and standard printing needs) that I wanted to pick up 2 more for my kids to use in their dorm rooms. After finding that Canon was going to discontinue this model I frantically did a web search to find a source. On June 2, I called Digital Foto Club and found Mack on the other end of the line. All my questions were answered, including checking that the camera was in stock. He offered several suggestions and accepted a yes or no answer, or provided additional information about his suggestion. I placed an order and 3 days later it was delivered. Everything was as ordered, the prices was as quoted, and everything worked. All in all it was a pleasant experience. i just wanted to drop a line and complement the excellent service i have just received from your company. i placed an order yesterday for a sigma digital camera and lens (order no. 504788). i mistakenly ordered a canon lens which would not have been compatible with the sigma camera body. instead of just shipping the order out to me, without concern for this miss match, Michael(ext. 838), who handled my order, took the time to call me before shipping the order. beyond that, he even gave me his cell phone number(917-***-****) to call him after hours, which i did at 10pm(i forgot about the time change). he informed me of the mismatch, which i greatly appreciated. by the time i called him the next morning he had replaced the canon with a comparable sigma lens and had shipped it out. immediate, fully comprehensive, friendly customer service at a great price, what more can one ask for? i don't normally take the time to write letters of appreciation, but this exceptional service deserved it. thanks, gene

I ordered the Casio Exilim EXS2 from amazon.com in January, ordered the same thing from CDW in April. By early May both were still on backorder. A little web-shopping revealed that digitalfotoclub.com had it in stock. Placed the order on Wednesday, received it on Monday. And it was cheaper than the others previously ordered (and cancelled). A brief almost too brief a conversation with a rep who checked the availability of the binoculars I wanted, confirmed the web price and pretty quickly got off the line left me a little uneasy - especially when he said if the computer was wrong they would still be here in 10 BUSINESS days. I had read horror stories. However next day I got my UPS tracking info, in three days I had my order, well packaged and with US documentation. I do not see how the Rep or Focus could have improved on their service. A perfect 10

I was very satisfied with my most recent purchase. This was the first time I ordered online and my order confirmation and delivery status was available on my personal email within hours. I received my order faster than expected and in excellent condition. When an item that I had requested was missing from my order when I received it, it was shipped immediately and should arrive today or tomorrow. I am a brand new customer and so far I am really impressed and thrilled with your service. Your website was very easy to use, very intuitive, ordering was simple and secure. I got immediate order confirmation via e-mail and a shipping update as well. You had the best price on the Nikon 3100 anywhere. Today it arrived, just 3 business days after I ordered it! I noticed the batteries I had ordered with it were different than I requested and to my great surpise discovered that more expensive batteries had been substitued for what I presume was an "out of stock item" at no additional cost to me. Other places would have delayed my order or partially shipped the camera only leaving me frustrated. Unlike your Company, I'm a bit tardy in relaying my feedback on your Brooklyn Company. My order for a Nikon 130 ED QD (order # 754610) was processed and my camera received MUCH FASTER than expected. I placed my order with sales rep, Izzy Brown, on Thursday (3-28) and it was at my door on Tuesday (4-1). Most companies don't even know where my state of West Virgia IS (?), let alone delivering to my door within a matter of a few days. Have taken a couple roles of film and the camera seems to be performing as a NIKON is supposed to and although your price on my items were not THE lowest I could find, I will happily be a repeat customer and pass your praises along to any friends who care to listen. DigitalFoto lived up to the praises I read about on the 'Net' prior to ordering. Keep up the fine work and include me on any mailing list your company might have. I have just purchased an Olympus C-4000 digital camera and 128mb Smartmedia card through Digital Foto Club. As I was purchasing internationally, (New Zealand)I knew I would have little recourse should things come unstuck so I searched several on-line stores for a reputable store. After reading many customer reviews, I settled for this store. Digital Photo were the only ones who had the courtesy to reply to my email enquiries so I was impressed with them from the outset. I confirmed my order by phone and found the salesman very helpful and efficient. He was not pushy in selling any accessories, though they were offered. I did have one 'minor' problem with my order being recalled prior to delivery owing to some addressing mistake by Digital Photo. This was quickly sorted (via email) and my order arrived in perfect condition shortly afterwards. Integrity came before price for me.(They weren't the cheapest for this product)but it is thumbs up overall. (I have already recommended this firm to friends and business colleagues. Highly recommended.

This was my first "major" online purchase, a digital camcorder and it was GREAT! The salesperson was very knowledgeable, helpful and reliable. I was able to call him back with more questions and was actually able to get the same person on the phone (very unusual these days with answering systems). He gave me his name and extension #. I was very pleased with my purchase from Digital Foto. I ordered online, received confirmation and tracking numbers the next day. I received my merchandise on the day they said it would be delivered. I would definitly order from them again. The price was the best for the camera I ordered. I have since ordered another digital camera from them and was just as pleased as the first time.
