Answers
Question 1. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally, except for Meade, Celestron, Televue and Swarovski items. Please specify what product(s) you are interested in, where you want the package shipped to, the quantity and you will be e-mailed a quote within 24 business hours. All international orders are shipped via Fedex or UPS Air.
Question 2. How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards, check, money order, cashiers check, and bank transfer.

Bank Wires will need to add an additional $20.00 for wire fee.
Question 3. Do you charge sales tax?
We only charge sales tax if you are shipping your package to NY State.
Taxes are a Federal or State mandate. When shipping to the same state of origin, items are taxable by government law. Digitalfotoclub.com does not impose this fee, nor do we collect the revenue. It is channeled directly to the State Reserve.
Question 4. Can you ship telescopes and astronomical products overseas?
We are not permitted to export any Meade, Celestron, Televue and Swarovski products out of the United States . Please consider possible astronomical alternatives, or sports optics alternatives from many other high quality brands that we carry such as Bushnell.
Question 5. If I am shipping to Canada or internationally do I have to pay taxes, duties, and brokerage fees?
Yes, when shipping to Canada and all international destinations you are responsible for all of the above. We are not responsible for, nor can we pre-determine, customs taxes and duties collectable at the receiving end. The customer is responsible for paying all such amounts as may be requested. Such amounts are not refundable in the event of merchandise being returned. In event that a shipment is refused and returned, any and all charges incurred from this return will be passed on to the customer. In addition, we require scanned copies of both sides of your credit card and a photo I.D. for all international orders.

Question 7. Do you mail catalogs to customers?
No, we do not have catalogs to mail. Please check our website for more information and pricing, availability and stock. If you do not see an item that you are interested in please call us at 1-888-920-3332 and we will do our best to get the item for you.
Question 8. What is the difference between a USA and Import product?
The merchandise is identical. Both are manufactured in the same plant, side by side. The difference is the warranty. The USA version is serviced directly by the manufacturer. If the product malfunctions, you send it to the manufacturer for repair. We service the imported model. If it malfunctions, you send it to us for repair. Sometimes the imported model has a photocopied manual in English and sometimes an original version is included. We do not assemble, pack, or open boxes before they leave our facility. Everything is factory direct. Brand New.
Question 9. Do you ship to Military addresses such as FPO or APO ?
Yes, we do ship to FPO/APO addresses via USPS Priority Mail. UPS and FedEx do not deliver to FPO/APO's. It normally takes 2-3 business weeks for the packages to be delivered. Although, you may receive your shipment sooner than that.

Question 11. Why has the price of an item changed since I placed my order?
Web prices are subject to change frequently. Our advertised prices directly relate to the manufacturers change for any given shipment. We do not issue a credit in the case of a reduction in price, nor do we rebill an account in the case of an increase.
Question 12. I submitted an order, and did not receive an order confirmation, or I am having problems placing an order online?
We apologize for any inconvenience that this situation may have caused you. Please tell us what error you received when you submitted the order, so that we can look into the problem. Please provide us with your phone number and a salesman will contact you immediately to answer all of your questions and to take your order.
Question 13. Is all of your merchandise brand new?
Yes, all of our merchandise is brand new and factory sealed by the manufacturer, unless specified otherwise.
Question 14. I have not received my package and it has been shipped through the Postal Service, what do I do?
Please check with your local post office first. If you are in the continental USA and you have not received your package within 30 business days of shipment please contact us. We cannot begin a tracer on the shipment until 30 business days have passed.
Question 15. I have received my package but a rebate coupon was not enclosed, what do I do?
Most rebate coupons may be printed from our website. Click on “Rebates” on the left hand side of our homepage. Then, scroll down to your item to print. If your rebate coupon is not available on our site, please call customer service at 1-888-920-3332 and we will send one to you.
Question 16. What is a CVV code?
A CVV code is a 3 or 4 digit number located either on the front or the reverse side of your credit card.
Question 17. Do you accept Purchase Orders?
