Unconfirmed Orders
Often, we have to contact a customer in order to resolve a problem with verification of credit card information, or clarify some other billing or address issue. Please be advised that while we will always do our utmost to reach you by phone & e-mail, we simply cannot maintain orders in an unconfirmed state indefinitely. If we cannot contact you within 3 business days of receipt of your order, the order will be canceled, so please be sure to provide us with contact information that will enable us to reach you in timely fashion should the need arise. |

Shipping & Delivery Information |

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Normal processing can take 24-48 hours, and upon verification & approval, your merchandise is shipped out immediately.
Digital Foto Discount Club offers convenient shipping methods for delivery within the continental United States. Please keep the following in mind when choosing a delivery method: Shipping times represent the time it normally takes your package to arrive from the day we actually send it out, not from the day you submit your order. Additionally, processing & shipping times do not include non-business days (i.e., Saturdays, Sundays, & holidays). Thus, for example, an order for UPS 2nd-day delivery placed on Thursday could take until Tuesday to arrive at its destination, assuming processing is completed within 24 hours and the package ships out on Friday (Friday + 2 business days = Tuesday). It could take longer if the order cannot be processed in time to be shipped out on Friday (See below regarding Friday shipments). The same is true for the other delivery options. Also, while we maintain a huge stock of all our products, it is wise to call for availability if your order is especially urgent. |

Normal Shipping Times:
* Monday-Thursday: Air orders placed by 2:30PM normally ship same day; Ground orders normally ship within 24-48 business day hours.
* Fridays: 2-Day and Next Business Day Air orders normally ship if placed by 1:00PM.
* All other orders normally ship the following business day (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). |

Shipments Made Outside The USA:
We are not responsible for, nor can we pre-determine, customs taxes and duties collectable at the receiving end. Customer is responsible for paying all such amounts as may be requested. Such amounts are not refundable in the event of merchandise being returned. In event that a shipment is refused and returned, any and all charges incurred from this return will be passed on to the customer. |

Canadian Customers
* ALL ORDERS, INCLUDING EXCHANGES AND RETURNS WILL BE SHIPPED VIA UPS AND WILL INCUR ALL DUTIES, TAXES AND BROKERAGE FEES APPLICABLE. THERE IS NO ALTERNATE SHIPPING METHOD AVAILABLE, AND BY SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER YOU HAVE AGREED TO THESE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND ALL ASSOCIATED FEES. PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE A NOTE REQUESTING ANY SHIPPING METHOD OTHER THAN UPS AS WE WILL BE UNABLE TO HONOR THIS REQUEST.
* Duties are imposed by the receiving country, independent of our Company. We are not responsible and have no way of knowing what the duty charge will be. BROKERAGE FEES ARE IMPOSED AND COLLECTED BY UPS AND ONCE SHIPPED, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO FORWARD THIS BROKERAGE FEE DIRECTLY TO UPS.
* Please allow a minimum of 14-21 days for deliveries to Canada. Canadian orders are shipped via UPS International service. UPS Ground shipping is not available for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
* Oversized items such as; Televisions & BBQ Grills cannot be shipped to Canada or international addresses.

Most, if not all, items in each of the following categories are classified as oversized:

All oversized items will be delivered via UPS Ground shipping. Many are also subject to additional shipping charges on top of those indicated in your purchase total, in which case you will be notified by phone or e-mail regarding the final charge, with the option to confirm or cancel your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express
We accept personal & bank checks drawn from USA banks, and USA bank/postal service money orders in US dollars, but cannot ship goods until such funds clear. Make sure when mailing such payments that you include the order submission number, and if possible, a printout of your shopping cart and checkout forms.
You may indicate COD (within USA only), but this payment option is subject to certain restrictions and requires that shipping and handling be secured by a credit card. We would need to contact you before shipping, to supply the exact amount for which you will have to tender the COD payment.
Our order checkout form is on a secure server, to protect your credit information.
We allow shipping to destinations outside the USA, or to alternate addresses, subject to certain conditions depending on the destination. To process credit card payment on some alternate address delivery and all overseas delivery online orders, we require copies sent to us of the front and back of the cardholders drivers license, passport or photo ID. It is recommended that you fax this info (718) 437-8895, including your order number for reference. You may also scan this information and email it, but email lacks the level of security provided through the fax. We need this to protect both the card holders and ourselves from credit card and identity fraud, which is rampant overseas. Scans should be in jpg, or gif format ONLY, filenames identified. We will not download emails with any other type of attachment. Our order form has a field where you can indicate if such a scan or fax is coming to us.
All credit card orders are subject to verification. Please make sure you supply any requested information, and provide us with easy means of getting back to you if need be, so that your order can be processed without unnecessary delays.
All deliveries require signature. We are neither responsible for the failure of the carrier to demand this, nor can we request that they do not. Customers are responsible for facilitating proper delivery by carrier. S&H is not refundable on |

* Items are returnable within 10 days of receipt, for factory service or replacement, at the manufacturer's discretion, based on their warranty.
* Items being returned for credit are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
* Terms governing all returns are as follows:
1. Merchandise is not among the Return Policy Exceptions that follows this list.
2. Merchandise is returned in original mint condition, as shipped.
3. Merchandise is returned with all packaging, forms & papers intact, unaltered & not filled out.
4. Merchandise is returned within 10 days of receipt of package, with an authorized RMA# and return form properly filled out.
5. Merchandise is neither tagged as being SPECIAL ORDER, or priced above $1500.00 (See Below for further details).
Additional notes:
6. Please do not write or tape anything on the package as this may result in the refusal of the return or a charge for the packaging.
7. Damage in transit must be immediately reported by the customer to the carrier (i.e.: UPS).
8. In the event any of these conditions are not adhered to, we reserve the right to either refuse the return,or to charge a nominal restock fee of no less than 15%, depending on the condition of the returned merchandise.
9. An RA# does not guarantee final disposition, as all returns are subject to inspection.
10. Shipping and handling are not refundable, and the shipping cost of the returned item is the customer's responsibility.
11. For returned items that went out with FREE SHIPPING, the normally calculable SH&I for items of that size and value will be deducted from any credit.
12. For International Orders:
All postage for exchanged items will be the recipient's responsibility.
Any items shipped out of the USA will be charged to the customer's account.

Exceptions to Above Return Policy
Printers and Scanners: All sales are final. None will be accepted for either return or exchange. Customer must return defectives only to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
Home DVD Players: All sales are final. None will be accepted for either return or exchange. Customer must return defectives only to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
Television and TV Sets: All sales are final. None will be accepted for either return or exchange. Customer must return defectives only to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
Home Theater & Home Audio and Car Audio: All sales are final. None will be accepted for either return or exchange. Customer must return defectives only to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
Personal Digital Assistants i.e.: Palm Pilots, IPaq, CLIE, etc: All sales are final. None will be accepted for either return or exchange. Customer must return defectives only to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
I-pods, vacuum cleaners, and ice cream makers, air conditioners, home appliances: items are not returnable after opened for credit/exchange.
GPS, Street Pilot, etc: All sales are final. None will be accepted for either return or exchange. Customer must return defectives only to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
Shaving Equipment: All sales are final. In accordance with Health Department regulations, we cannot accept any electric razors or shavers for either return or exchange. Customer must return defectives only to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
Consumable, Translators, Perishable & Sensitized items: All sales are final. Such non-returnable items include film, memory cards, any recordable media, batteries, videotapes, paper, ink, chemicals, lamps & bulbs.
Regarding Back-Ordered Items
On any back-ordered item, we will endeavor to ship as quickly as possible. If the customer is not willing to wait for the item to arrive, it is the customer's responsibility to advise us, and if the item has not yet been shipped, we will follow the customer's instructions.
For Special Order & Professional Level Items
Items over $1,500.00 and those specifically marked "Special order" are NON-CANCELLABLE. Confirmation of such orders forms an obligation on your part to accept delivery.
You have 10 days from receipt of package to return DEFECTIVE merchandise for EVEN EXCHANGE only.
Special Orders are accepted with the understanding that you are willing to wait up to 30 days for the item to ship, if necessary. |
